Ali Griffin Vingiano is a writer, filmmaker, UCB-trained performer, and overall multi-talented creative person with 10+ years of experience creating meaningful work that resonates with massive audiences.
Her TV credits include writing for the Emmy-winning series The Morning Show (Apple TV+), earning a WGA Award nomination for her work on Season 2, and directing correspondent segments for The Opposition w/ Jordan Klepper (Comedy Central). As an actor, she stars in the indie feature The End of Us, which premiered at SXSW. She currently has multiple TV and film projects in various stages of development with studios, and recently workshopped her pilot LIQUID GOLD as part of the Athen’s Film Office's prestigious international Screenwriting Lab, The Owl.
With her dozens of short films and viral videos surpassing 1 billion views online and gaining significant media coverage, Ali’s work has started conversations and cultivated communities across platforms.
Outside of her entertainment career, Ali writes a bestselling Substack newsletter, has written advertising campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands, and volunteers with the Los Angeles Public Library and Mutual Aid LA. She’s a certified Yoga teacher who organizes and hosts the occasional writing & Yoga retreat, and has Guest Lectured in Screenwriting at Columbia University, Chapman University, and for WeScreenplay and CoverFly’s Screenwriting Labs.
